The Arab Aviation Summit 2021, the leading event for the aviation and tourism sectors in the region, kicked off today at the Al Hamra International Exhibition and Convention Center in Ras Al Khaimah.
The activities of the eighth session of the summit will be held under the slogan “The Arab Aviation Sector in the New Reality,” in which, for two days, a group of elite experts will meet to discuss the impact of the “Covid-19” pandemic and its repercussions on the aviation sector, and the best ways to recover in preparation for a more prosperous future. The summit includes a number of workshops to discuss various aspects of the tourism and aviation sectors in the region.

The Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority is hosting the 2021 edition with support from international sector partners such as Airbus, CFM, Air Arabia, Alpha Aviation Academy and others.
The “Hamra International Exhibition and Convention Center”, which is hosting this year’s edition of “Arab Aviation Summit”, is distinguished by its advanced meeting facilities, and is the first safe destination for meetings around the world due to obtaining the certification of “Peru Veritas”, the global leader in inspection, testing and sealing services “Safe Travel” from the World Travel and Tourism Council. This certification comes on the heels of the ‘Stay Safe’ initiative launched by the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority, to allow hospitality and event service providers to access best practices, supportive policies and professional guidance on safety and sterilization measures.
