p style="text-align: justify;">Actress, Olaide Adeyiga, has said that the place of training in the careers of actors cannot be overemphasized. In an interview with Sunday Scoop, the Theatre Arts graduate of the Lagos State University said, “Training is a prerequisite for success as an actor. One becomes better at anything one does when one keeps practising and learning. Most successful actors in Nollywood are very good at their craft because they are well trained. Basically, training is very important if one wants to achieve success as an actor.”

She said, “Being in the limelight does not put me under any form of pressure. Over the years, I have smoothly blended into my career and fame. Rather than put me under any pressure, I would say fame rather positively motivates me to do more.”
