Fans praise Belgium goals king Onuachu


Fans have heaped praises on Paul Onuachu after the Super Eagles striker scored his 22nd goal for Genk in the Belgium Jupiler League on Wednesday.

The 26-year-old scored a brace as Genk defeated Zulte Waregem 3-2 to take his tally to 22 for the season.

The fans, who commented on Twitter, praised the striker’s fine form.

Others hoped he could replicate the same form for the Eagles.

“Onuachu is proving to be all that the Super Eagles need,” @henihenryjr tweeted.

Nwambeke Emmanuel added, “Kudos to Paul Onuachu. He is doing us proud.”

Another Twitter user, @ChyAmbush said, “Honestly I wrote off Paul Onuachu but look at his numbers internationally. Nice one.”

“Time to take this guy really seriously.. if Gernot Rohr can’t get the best out of him then its on him,” @sauce_99931 added.

Baka Omubo also tweeted, “Paul Onuachu is on fire! 22 league goals for Genk this season, surely deserves a shot at top five league clubs.”
