Blood Sugar Level Chart: Know When it Normal, Prediabetic, and Diabetic


Sugar Level, is the amount of Glucose content in your blood systems.

When someone has a high value of Glucose in his/her blood, which is measure in Milligram (mg), or Millimole (ml), the person is said to be Hyperglycemia, (Diabetic) if is on the lower side, the person is said to be Hypoglycemia.

The chart below is to let you know when your blood sugar is on normal, or about to leave normal level, Prediabetic or already high, diabetics.

Above chart is read on milligrams (mg).

To covert mg to ml, divides mg/18 = ml.

Example = 100mg/18 = 5.55556.
